Sales reps · Rock Hill & Charlotte

You don’t pitch it. You walk in holding it.

Every rep who has ever sold websites has had the same conversation: describe something that doesn’t exist, to someone who’s heard it before, while they’re trying to run their shop. We got rid of that. You show up with their finished website already built.

Commission only · No cold list · Real builds, not slideware

The job

Backwards, on purpose.

The mockup does the convincing. Your job is to get it in front of the person who owns the business — and to be straight with them once you're there.

01

We build the mockup first

You tell us the business — a restaurant, a smoke shop, a shop with a bad website. We build their finished site before anyone talks to them.

02

You walk in and show them

Not a pitch deck. Their own business, on your phone, working. Their name, their menu, their hours. It costs them nothing to look.

03

They decide

Some say yes on the spot, some think about it, some don't. You didn't waste an hour of their day either way, and you keep the ones who say yes.

04

You get paid twice

Once when they sign. Then every month they stay — for as long as you're with us.

Owners don’t say no to a good website. They say no to imagining one. Handing a man his own business on a phone screen is a different conversation than anything in a binder — go click through the real builds and you’ll see why.

The pay

You get paid twice for one sale.

Once when they sign. Then every month they stay — for as long as you're with us.

The split

30%of the build fee, once
20%of the subscription, every month

On a standard $1,000 + $500/mo build that’s $300 at signing, then $100 a month. The second number is the one that matters. It doesn’t stop when the build ships — you’re paid in month 30 for a client you closed in month 2. Ten live accounts is $1,000/mo in residual alone, in a year you don’t close anything new.

Bigger build, same 30%

Residual, because you brought them

A one-time bounty would say the relationship stopped mattering the day it closed. It doesn’t. You’re paid the whole time they stay, which means we only make money when the work actually holds up.

It compounds while you sleep

A rep two years in is paid every month for conversations they had last year. The floor rises, and it doesn’t reset in January.

Two ways it stops — both of them fair

The residual runs while the client is active and you’re with uswalk away and it stops. And if an account cancels, that residual ends with it. Which is the real reason overselling in the room is the most expensive thing you can do here: a promise we can’t keep costs you a number that would have paid you for years.

What you carry

You're not starting from an empty bag.

Everything below already exists and is already in the hands of the reps working now. None of it is something you have to make.

The app

LINK Connect on your phone: the kits, the demos, the leave-behinds, your leads, your deals, and what you're owed. It's the whole job in one place.

Finished demos to show

Real, clickable builds for restaurants, smoke shops, service businesses and nonprofits. You're never describing what we could do.

A mockup built for your prospect

Find a business worth the walk, log it, and we build their version. That's the thing that opens the door — and you didn't have to build it.

The presentation and the leave-behind

A walkthrough that runs on your phone with no signal, and something to leave on the counter that still sells after you go.

Straight answers on what a demo isn't

Every kit tells you what it does and what it does not do before you show it. You'll never get caught promising something we can't ship.

A builder who answers

Angelo builds all of it himself. When a prospect asks something you can't answer, you get a real answer the same day.

Who it's for

Worth being blunt about.

This works extremely well for a certain kind of person and badly for everyone else. Better you find out here than three weeks in.

This is you

  • You can walk into a business you've never been in and start a conversation
  • You'd rather show something real than talk someone into something
  • You're around Rock Hill, Charlotte, or a metro you already know how to work
  • You want the kind of money that's still there next year, not just this month

This isn’t

  • You want a base salary — this is commission, and we say so up front
  • You want leads handed to you from a dialer
  • You'd oversell to close, then let us deal with the fallout
  • You want passive income without the first hundred walks

Where we actually are

Early, and honest about it. The software is real and running for a paying client every day. The demos on the home page are live sites you can click right now. What we don’t have yet is a hundred closed accounts and a war chest — which is exactly why the residual is worth what it is, and why the reps who show up now are the ones it pays the longest.

Straight answers

The questions reps actually ask.

Same answers you'd get from Angelo on the phone, so nothing about this is a surprise later.

Is this a job or commission?

Commission. There's no base and no hourly — you're an independent sales representative, you sign an agreement and a W-9 at signing, and you're paid on what you close. We'd rather tell you that in the first sentence than the fifth conversation.

What am I actually selling?

A finished website and the software behind it — ordering, follow-up, content, a dashboard the owner actually uses. Standard build is $1,000 up front and $500 a month. Bigger builds get quoted, and your split doesn't shrink.

Do I have to know anything technical?

No. You have to be able to open a phone, show a real site, and be honest about what it does. The build, the launch and the support are ours. If a prospect asks something you don't know, the answer is 'I'll get you a real answer today' — and then you do.

How many walks before something closes?

More than you'd like. This is early — the work is real and the demos are live, but we're a small team and we're not going to hand you a fake number. Walking is the whole job, and the reps who walk are the ones who get paid.

What happens to my residual if I stop?

It stops. The residual runs while the client is active and you're engaged with us — walk away and it ends. That's in the agreement, and it's the reason it's on this page instead of buried in a PDF you'd find later.

What if a client I closed cancels?

The residual on that account stops. That's why overselling in the room is the worst thing you can do here — a promise we can't keep costs you a number that would have paid you for years.

Tell us where you’d walk first.

No resume, no portal, no three-stage interview. Send your name, your city, what you’re doing now, and one business you’d walk into on day one. Angelo reads them himself and answers.
